Pig Pen Main Dishes
Sammiches
Pulled Pork or Brisket — Chad’s meats are smoked low and slow for hours, bringing out deep, rich flavor. Piled high on a soft bakery bun, pure pit-to-plate goodness.
Barnyard Wrap — a flavor stampede: ground burger, pulled pork, crispy bacon, Lisa’s mac n cheese, and rich cheese sauce, all wrapped in spinach or plain tortilla. No animal left behind.
